In addition to the inclusions in a standard registration, Gold Event Sponsorship includes the following:
- Prime location on the show floor with maximum visibility including the only double booth at the Fair with two tables and more space for banners, signage, and promotional items.
- Company logo, description, and website information displayed prominently on the event website at uoguelph.ca/ELHub.
- Company logo to appear on all marketing materials.
- Feature spotlight on the Experiential Learning Hub social media channels including Instagram and LinkedIn. Maximum of 3 posts/stories per channel during the two weeks in advance of the Fair.
- Summary of social media impressions and analytics post-Fair.
- Opportunity to offer an Employer Recruitment Session post-Fair with event coordination and support provided by the Experiential Learning Hub Event Coordinator, including enhanced promotion.

- Right of first refusal for Gold sponsorship the following year.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received by Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. will be issued a full refund, less a $40 administrative fee. Cancellations received after Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. will not be refunded.
