Exchange Program Course Selection Form (EPCS) | Guelph Students

Students participating in most GLO programs are required to complete the Exchange Program Course Selection (EPCS) form before and after their time abroad.

How to Complete your EPCS Form

Page 1

  • Lines 1-4: insert your personal details
  • Exchange dates: the month and year your exchange starts and ends
  • Exchange Program Name: name of your host university
  • Final Credits: are these the last credits you need to earn in your U of G degree

Page 2

  • Complete the left side of the table and sign the form
  • Academic Advisors complete the right side (shaded grey) and sign the form.

Pre-EPCS Form

  • List more courses than you plan to take at the host university
  • Leave the ‘Host grade’ column blank
  • Send the EPCS form to your Academic Advisor at least two weeks before it is due
  • Submit it to GLO once it has been signed by yourself and your Academic Advisor

Post-EPCS Form

  • GLO must receive your transcript directly from your host university
  • GLO will share the transcript with you and your Academic Advisor
  • You will complete the EPCS form with the courses you took while abroad and the grades you earned, sign it and submit it to your Academic Advisor
  • Your Academic Advisor will transfer your credits and sign the form
  • Submit it to GLO once it has been signed by yourself and your Academic Advisor
