Intended Use and Personal Safety
The Ambassador Platform is intended to provide a venue for prospective students to ask University of Guelph student ambassadors questions regarding the University’s student experience or academic programs. Prospective students and other users of this platform should not disclose personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or any other personal contact information. Communications between prospective students and student ambassadors should only take place using The Ambassador Platform.
Collection, Use and Retention of Personal Information by University of Guelph
The University will collect personal information provided through The Ambassador Platform (TAP) as outlined in TAP's Terms and Conditions. The University will use the collected personal information to manage and enhance our student recruitment services and processes. The University will retain personal data collected through the TAP system for no more than three years.
