Application Process

Applications must be submitted through the Qualtrics application form.

As part of the review process, selected applicants may be invited to participate in a short interview during the week of September 21 if additional information is required.

Applicants will be notified of their application status by September 24.

Team Applications

Only one application should be submitted per venture.

If your venture includes co-founders, please include their names and email addresses in the application form. Teams should coordinate and submit a single application on behalf of their venture.

Not Sure If IgniteLab Is Right For You?

IgniteLab is designed for students and recent graduates who are developing innovative products, technologies, software solutions, or scalable ventures and are ready to validate their ideas through customer discovery and market research.

If you're interested in entrepreneurship but aren't yet working on an innovative product or venture, stay tuned for additional Wood Centre programming launching this fall.

  • What specific topics or industries are you most interested in?

  • Have you previously started or been involved in any entrepreneurial ventures?
    • If so, please describe
  • What did you like, or even dislike about it?

    • If yes, what is your idea for a business venture?

Program

  • What do you hope to gain from participating in this entrepreneurial program?
  • What skills or strengths do you possess that you believe will contribute to your success as an entrepreneur?

Video Submission

  • Applicants will be required to submit a 1 minute video (maximum) telling us why you want to be in this program.
