Approved Reports

The cyclical program review includes a Final Assessment Report (FAR) and Implementation Plan, which provide the institutional synthesis of the external evaluation of the program and strategies for continuous improvement, and identify the specific steps towards actioning the recommendations. The review culminates with a Follow-up Report outlining progress made towards implementing the recommendations.

The Senate Committee on Quality Assurance (SCQA) receives and reviews Final Assessment Reports and Implementation Plans, and Follow-Up Reports to ensure they are complete and in compliance with the protocols outlined in the IQAP. SCQA presents these reports to Senate as items of information.

In order to maintain accountability, the University of Guelph provides public access to the Executive Summary of each approved Final Assessment Report and Implementation Plan, as well as public access to the Follow-Up Reports.

Note: Historical records of Final Assessment Reports and Implementation Plans can be found on the University Secretariat's website. Public posting of Follow-Up Reports was not an explicit requirement of IQAP V1-V2.2.
